HerbaFibre helps to strengthen the natural expelling action (peristalsis) and muscle tone of your bowel and to relieve flatulence, bloating and digestive disturbance.
Suggested Use: Take sufficient HerbaFibre to produce 1-3 bowel movements per day. Best taken with meals.
Adults: Severe constipation - 3 level 5mL metric teaspoons (5g) 3 times daily in water or juice with meals. Mild constipation - 2 to 3 smaller doses as required.
Children: one half adult dose on medical advice. Consult your healthcare professional. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Breast feeding or pregnant women should seek medical advice before taking. Prolonged use of laxative may cause serious bowel problems. If symptoms persist seek medical advice.
