Plain Flour
F.G. Roberts GF Plain Flour contains the whole soybean with its valuable nutrients intact, including its naturally occurring soy oil. This product is free from salicylates, artificial flavours, flavour enhances, colours etc. Most recipes where the flour is not totally significant to the structure of the product (eg sponges, fruitcakes) gluten free flour, plain or self raising, can generally be substituted directly for wheat flour. Gluten free flours generally require more liquid than wheat flours. Plain flour can be converted to self raising flour by adding gluten free baking powder. Ingredients: Maize starch, tapioca starch, soy flour, rice flour.
